Welcome to Ponderosa Bible Camp's Servant-Leadership Training Program for our dedicated summer staff.

Summer SALT & TEAM Training Week - May 25-30, 2025:

• Cost for SALT & TEAM Applicants: $5 Application Fee + $55 Training Supply Fee = $60

• Training Week Requirement: New and returning Applicants must register and attend Staff Training Week.

SALT & TEAM Service Assignments:

• Selected SALT Members: Usually assigned 2 weeks during summer camp.

• Selected TEAM Members: Assigned 1 week, possibly more, to serve.

• The application includes a place to request which weeks you prefer to serve.

Selection Process:

• Returning Applicants: Selection based on previous performance; not all may be chosen.

• New Applicants: Selection based on application answers and personal references; not all may be chosen.

• Applicants not selected to serve this year can still attend Staff/Leadership Training if desired.

SALT & TEAM Applications:

• Submit a $5 application fee with your Staff Training Week registration.

• $55 balance due on or before May 1st.

• A valid email and cell phone number is required for communication and schedules.

• Complete the TEAM or SALT application AND register for the TEAM & SALT  Training Week (links are below)

Lifeguard Applicants:

Summer Staff Training Week - May 24-June 1, 2024:

• $5 fee to apply and attend Staff Training.

• If accepted, attend the Staff Training Session (online registration required).

• Selected Lifeguards will live and serve at camp from May 24 through July 20, 2024.

Camp Counselor Applicants:

Summer Counselor Training - May 24-June 7, 2025:

• $5 fee to apply.

• Selected camp counselors will live and serve at camp from May 24 through July 19, 2025.
